CC CALL.......So in a nutshell, Think Latitude has finished the revisions needed for Apple. However, Josh doesn't know if they have been submitted or not (how the hell does he not know thie crap??). Once submitted (no time frame given for when they will be submitted, then it 'SHOULD' take a few months to for Apple to approve them. (Like last fall when the product would be finished by winter..then by the end of the year....and Now???)
He's selling $150k worth of shares at $0.0005/share of which he has sold all except $28,500. He wants to use that money to finish the financials for a product that isn't finished yet.....or approved by Apple yet.....somebody was asking the right questions....the only one asking questions......out of 40 or so people on the CC. I think 2 or 3 other people spoke on the call......all laying accolades at Josh's feet.
So the money that is raised from selling the additional shares is to be used to pay off the taxes. He also wants to hire an accountant for $1500 or so to look over the books and come up with an estimate to finish the books. He figure that will be about $5k and he wants to hire a local Boston outfit. No names given for the firms he wants. He also talked about doing a preferred class offering. He also went on quite a bit about how he has worked so hard and tirelessly for the shareholders.
So no working product, no firm date on when it will be delivered, but wants more money to finish the books on a product that isn't working or finished yet. And lots of crickets and tumbleweeds on that conference call. Just a fishing expedition for more money. To many promises not delivered on for me to dump more money into this.
Oooohh, after the financials are done then it would be a 1:400 split to bump up the price. He assumed today's price was .0008 so that would bring it up to .32 so that it would open the stock up to more investors. He also said that California won't let stocks under a penny sell in their state?? Is that correct?? Who lives in California or knows about that...
So that's it. In a nutshell. Send Josh more money and maybe he'll get it done...........But, boy; has he been working hard for us shareholders....just ask him. :)
