After the merger, IR MED shareholders will own between 43% and 59% of IDAD on a fully diluted basis, depending on the size of the private placement that IDAD intends to complete at the time of closing.

Ok, if they raise $1.5M at $3/share (current bid) that would be 500K shares. So if that's 40% of the O/S and IR MED holds 60% that's another 750K shares. Total O/S would be a little under 1.5M shares. if this business is legit and they really have a commercially viable product here, then we should be able to get to a decent small cap mkt cap around $50M which would be approximately $25/sh pps with a little less than 1.5M O/S, with potential to pop a lot higher if the company can become profitable quickly. As an extremely small shareholder at this point, I would be happy with that scenario. I hope they can at least do that. I would gladly buy more up to $25 pps if that is the scenario that unfolds. We shall see.
