If 18 doesn't hold then yes and I would reason that 18 holds because businesses and the economy are still sound. I wouldn't be surprised to see it break though. Having everybody stay home isn't a fix. It's a Band-Aid on a bleeding artery. I really hope they come out with a vaccine ASAP or we could probably be looking at Dow 2008- 2009 area who knows maybe worse
