For anyone not familiar, that statement was from a PR dated Sept. 24,2019.
Since that time, the CEO is missing, the filings have not been kept up to date, as attested to by the Stop Sign posted on their OTC page. This ticker is also posted with a Shell designation, which is for this reason: A company with no or nominal operations as declared in it's SEC filings.
