Schwab has zero commissions for OTC? That's great. E-Trade doesn't anymore.

Check your order settings. I also used to break up orders exceeding 999,999 shares, then I found out that the E-Trade Pro software had a default size limit of 6 digits. I changed it to 8 digits.
