EdWad leaks fake "inside info" to pump teams..they and their followers believe him and buy.. then EdWad dumps and goes dark again. You see HE KNOWS NO ONE CAN REPORT HIM FOR LYING TO THEM BECAUSE OTC CLEARLY STATES "BUYING OR SELLING SHARES BASED ON NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION CAN RESULT IN CIVIL OR CRIMIMAL CHARGES."

Think of it like this-- someone buys a kilo of discount dope. It's such a deal they tell their friends who do the same. Only later do they discover it was fake. Then suddenly they realize they can't go to the cops and have him arrested.
