Over the past few months, this company has proven to be a major scam.
This is what is known as another Bill Schaefer scam.

They were pumping this company up, even doing stock buybacks to reduce the outstanding share count, to make everyone think this stock would pop.
During their pumping, they were also floating out 'hints' of acquisitions, etc., and even doing this at the same time while posting YouTube videos in promoting this stock.

Since the end of 2019, this company has been completely silent.
They have not kept up to date, have not communicated with shareholders, and have not made any of their deadlines.
This includes their promised Dec. 2019 update, and their March 2020 deadline.

There is no reason to throw your money away here.
