I think it will pop when the D comes off and the merger is finalized. Yoram has raised many millions of dollars for his previous Nasdaq reverse mergers all while they were still on the OTC.

IMO the $1.5 mil. in private placement money is already accounted for - no reason to announce the merger if not - deal will be consumated.
