Yea right!. Sounds almost like the one I got, only he told me 350k. But the filings tell us he sold enough shares for 800k.
He references nothing regarding the Oct pr's. I think he pulled these up from his files. These pr's sound like the ones used in the past. He uses all the legit loopholes opened to him which shouldn't be there in that form to begin with. Every dollar should be accounted for and filed with the Sec if they are gonna access to these S-8's.

I told the Sec that this is a legal door opened to the insiders like himself that drain money from shareholders investments. Smilin if it weren't for this he would have no funds. Its gonna be tough for him to get more in the future. Last I looked which was while back there wasn't more than $5k moving in and out of this stock in a day. This is nothing.

He would have to sell lower that .0003. The TA is very nice if the share count has changed since I last posted then we know he has. Don't feel any reservations about calling him anytime. The market right now may allow him to suck a few more hundred thousand out. 1bn of the 2bn he holds would give him 200k at .0002.
