Hey guys i know it has been a long time.I talked to lead attorney for the prosecutor today. I had emailed and left him messages , He said that at this point it is up to the judge. They have laid out the case for us and have submitted all the paper work to the judge. Of course Ali has submitted paper work that says he is innocent. So if the judge rules for us then there is no trial. If he rules for Ali then we would have to have a trail with a jury. So they are just waiting for the judge to decide.
He said with every thing shut down now it would be weeks to months he just does not know. Thats all for now
