It's also interesting that they "resigned" and got replaced on the same day they resigned. The replacements must have been planned. Does anyone know if/when someone resigns from a company if the company would state they were terminated? I've never seen terminations of major roles in stocks before, it's always resignations, and technically they may be resignations on paper but obviously since they were replaced the company must have been looking for those replacements for some time.
