that is a tough ride. I was not aware of that before I asked for details. that are new rules. Even if the company prepare all the financials (what is the case with Signet as the CEO is and CPA) it has to go to another CPA group, then it has to go from there to an independent other CPA and after that is has to go to the SEX lawyer. And everybody in between has 1000 questions.. a hard piece of work. but we are close I think
