Either I am stupid and overlooked something or DIEM has to be the best buy on the OTC of shell companies.

This shell is current in its filings (Annual Report for 12/31/2019).
Made current on 03/03/2020

A/S of 250,000,000 O/S of 7.331,423 Float of 1,309,504

No Debt or Convertible notes.

All this and the current Ask is .065. A Lazar Shell with all the pieces in place for a quick merger.
