Does anyone have any information to share about the so-called, "German float".

1. What is the objective for having this "German float"?


2. What entity was supposed to be floated? Is it the current
MDFY entity or a totally new entity? What new entity?

3. Why did MDFY choose Germany and not some other country for this float? Which stock exchange in Germany was this supposed to be floated?


4. Who will benefit from this "German float"? MDFY management
or MDFY shareholders or both?

5. How will this "German float" benefit current shareholders of
MDFY?
