Because when we try to buy a 1B-shares-OS OTC stock (such as FONU: 1.02B shares OS), $0.0001 (i.e. $100K MV) is the Lowest price we could steal! So anyone who is selling RGDXQ below $0.0026 is equal to dumping his hard-to-get shares below the Lowest-Possible price $0.0001 while FONU just soared 10-Bagger to $0.0010 from $0.0001 last month! The MV of FONU at $0.0010 = the MV of RGDXQ at $0.026!

I hope those very stupid sellers can understand what is the Lowest price they should sell in order to make sense!
