OTCX and ASCM are notorious for shorting, MM GTSM used to be MM CANT, which is retail along with CDEL, NITE, ETRF and CSTI. $2.5 rule only apply to US traders. It look like naked shorting to me from ASCM and OTCX. They took out stop loss and got emotional traders to sell.

MAXM and VNDM are ones that does dilute otc stocks, they are not even on level 2
