They have put the 10-K out in April in the last few years. Old habits die hard (which, of course, is why the company is going nowhere!).

With that said, I think we should recognize that a financial audit and full set of SEC filings is a substantial burden for a company this size (though it wouldn't be if the company got close to meeting its potential in terms of market presence).
