Brooklyn, how long you been in this game? You are not looking close enough at Chan. It's all smoke and mirrors. That's how he fools the novice investor. He going to dilute the living crap outta DSS and leave all you holding the bag. The . 303 secondary chan bought DSS then used that entire amount to exercise a warrant in Chan's POS co(the one you want to buy). A warrant is only worth exercising if it's well above the strike. In this case DSS exercised when the price of the stock was the same as the warrant. A total waste if DSS cash. So what chan did was acquire 6 million common at . 303 and then taking the money back through the warrant exercise. What good was that for DSS shareholders?
