Wrong, South Korea has a bit over 8,000 cases. They have a bit over 80 deaths. That’s about 1% mortality rate. You put 4 per 10,000 which would be a .04% mortality rate not 1%, so you’re way off on your figures.

That 80 out of 8,000 works out to 100 out of 10,000 not 4 out of 10,000.
