We are receiving a lot of questions about our OTCQB designation. Yesterday we received an extension through April 17, 2020 by the OTC Markets Group to file our 10-K results and related OTCQB Certification with them.

Although we don’t expect to need the full extension period based upon our current target filing date of our 10-K, this extension preserves our OTCQB designation.
