Millenium Private Equity has hired Brandhuber as Lead Manager of their energy fund and put Matzke on their advisory committee, both have been involved with ERHC Energy.

As much as ERHE's communications state that the JDZ is the cornerstone of their future growth, I think ERHC Energy is set to become MPE's cornerstone for its Energy Fund.

IMO it has to/will happen prior to any drilling in our blocks. They'll get lower prices, but the guidance and oversight that ERHE will get in return is invaluable.

None of us can appreciate what we own. I believe I said similar words last April/May.

I hope I'm right.
