I've bought a few pinky stocks where NOBO list were promised in PRs and nothing was updated. I asked about this with one particular company and they told me that the NOBO results were in but not published to the public because many shareholder's names were on the list. They were glad to give me the list privately if I wanted it. (I thought that was weird and sold at my first target and never bought back into that company...)

If ETIM got their NOBO results, maybe they chose not to publish the results to the public. I'm sure they would give you what you wanted if you contacted them... JMO I could be wrong though.

Did the PR say the NOBO RESULTS would be given in a later PR or did it just say the NOBO List was requested?
