No, there is not a way for a transaction involving the ownership of the company to have occurred that was kept a secret from the courts. The secured creditors would be the first to toss the flag on that play and have the sort of lawyers and accountants that could sniff it out far better than the internet sleuths making up fairy tales.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
