Listen, let me explain this for all those who cannot process actual business and how it works.

1. Cherry sent an email to CNBC's general email account. Anyone can find it search google.
2. In response, their support software (ZenDesk, also searchable) is configured to send back a response thanking them for the submission...

That's all that is...and if you believe its some SUPER IMPORTANT news, then that explains why folks here dump at the first sight of a drop. Just knowledgeable.

So if that;s how you trade stocks, on crap information that has no relevance, good luck.

Now if he/she had said "I sent CNBC an email alerting them to PCTL", that would be well received, versus then thinking a post showing an automated response deserves to be pinned... LMFAO.
