I wouldn't point my finger solely at Clinton here.....but what would you think if the former head of the CIA ( assassinated CIA Director William Colby) said it was orchestrated from within the bowels of the dark side of our government?????

Colby spoke of an "Agenda" before he was murdered. You are obviously "out of the loop" here(don't feel too stupid....it's pretty deep and not for everyone) as to what's going on.
