After Marco basically eliminated all previous shareholder equity with
R/S ,his rinse and recycle start over has now started over while selling
shares at a higher price and ultimately even greater dilution than before
R/S. The trading is now back to previous quote board and new MM -so he can now sell his pitch to a new group of willing people . He has 100 million
shares available , all the way down to .01 pps ,before PHOT gets kicked back into no board purgatory. That gives him 100 million shares at .10
pps - $ 10 million dollars -if he can fool people that long . That should keep him and buddies in SALARY and BENNIES for 2 years .

I believe Marco is around 62-63 years old - that would put him right
about retirement time in 2 yrs -with a nice bundle of money .
Curious to see if the next financial shows him getting a raise or bonus
