Planning on debt financing secured by land and buildings on NLV property...no dilution of shares.

Desert Hot springs dispensary not costing company any money and may become more profitable.

Still focused on selling Washington assets.

Focusing on profitability and not expanding at this time with open and more frequent communications.

Thinking about building a greenhouse on NLV property in future.
