The holding company owns the other companys within the holding company those companys are run by their own President and COO but the parent company the Holding Company (TRDX) owns everything. EVERYTHING.

Every company be it public or private has shares in it to determine the ownership...when it says the Holding company owns equity it means they own controlling equity not just some of it.
