If Abbott was indeed due to pay BioCurex advanced royalties on 1 Jan 2007, the stock certainly would not be $0.70 . There are leaks galore probably on both Abbott's and BioCurex's sides. Remember, the stock went from about $0.50 to about $2.90 prior to the deal so that would confirm there are HUGE leaks in this stock.
There will be no royalties paid on 1 Jan 2007. Take that to the bank.
