Klaus, With respect to Mercury's Q4-expectations, I'd expect AMDs ASP will be down again a tad, because silicon from Singapore plays into the equation with low feature-yields, from what I hear.

ASPs are a function of the overall product mix sold in the quarter, which is hard to forecast for AMD at the moment as there are significant shifts underway currently. Server ASPs should be declining as AMD cut prices (we´ve seen that before earlier this year), but for the rest it´s hard to tell.
