the restricted shares are yours - in your brokers account under your name - probably as a group certificate. I would sell your main ones and get the restricted shares - they'll be marked restricted and just hold for 5 years - one of 2 things will happen - 1) later you'll be really happy - or 2) you'll be able to use them for kindling in the next hurricaine.
