Well, I don't mind holding a shell once in a while. This one looks like it has all the makings of a good one. Filings are up to date, no convertible debt and the share structure is minuscule. Tells me that this one will be sold at a premium to someone with deep pockets. A 40%-50% return within a year or less is fine with me.
