Doc, read the 10-K again - Yates has no nexus with the company and hasn't for 2 years - Yates resigned and walked away, leaving Lucky in control - this is fully disclosed in the company's filings...

Yates doesn't own the Series AA preferred stock which provides for voting control - Lucky does... See the disclosure here:

Not sure why you have such a hard-on for Yates... Lucky is serving as CEO and CFO, but he is a CFO by background. Get your facts straight and refresh your woefully stale due diligence. You've been putting out misinformation with your posts.
