As I see it, the success of this "dividend" in forcing the shorts to cover is really up to us... the shareholders.

If we all do as told and demand our certificates, then the shorts have a real problem.

But if many of us treat the dividend as worthless... and don't demand our pdr's, the shorts win as usual.

Win a few. Lose a few.
Only the long term counts.
