What is not being talked about or mentioned is the incubation time from when any other new person came into contact with someone that was infected.

They say its a 14 day self quarantine window at least. But how many did 1 person have contact with prior to their becoming aware of their condition.

That period begins for every one of those persons when ever they find out and until its known whether or not they were infected..that time widow gets really extended by all those that might be of interest if not a serious concern due to the level of how contagious they say it is. Thus the overlap of time really pushes out the length of time for the virus to spread. To which is exactly what Dr, Fauci is saying of always being behind of where the virus has gotten to compared to where anybody thinks it is.
