In my opinion this is retail sellers selling to mitigate how much they are down. In the end you only lose that way locking in those losses. This also has panic selling written all over it due to Coronavirus and just others looking to chase the next stock that has already started it's run so they can make a quick buck. Time will tell but everyone has their own opinions on how it's dilution, MM's, or short selling when many of the times it's just retail.
