I don't care if this is the biggest scam ever, this guy has been banned and has dozens upon dozens of multiple alias.

Isn't it a TOU to be banned and come back with another alias here?

No matter what we find out here regarding scam or not, this guy has a notorious and infamous past of posting misinformation regarding the SEC and securtities law,(on this and numerous other boards) and everything he is posting now as so called fact regarding SPAC has YET to be determined.

People, this guy is not the friend or ally of shareholders, as he works for hedge funds.
