Amazon tracks the company response time to questions and dings you in their internal algorithm ranking for delayed responses. My guess is that many questions have gone unanswered submitted by amazon users and amazon shut the page down due to lack of response. They are spending the whole day today / tomorrow with amazon trying to work it out and get the page back up. I have seen this before.
