Who knows what there real liability is. These companies lie like crazy. It's not a fully reporting company so they can say what they want and no one checks them for accuracy. Most of these pink sheet company make up the liabilities that are not even real just so they can convert shares and sell them into the market robbing there share holders.
The good thing is they do have liabilities and a track record of dumping shares. These guys that run these penny companies never change there ways and will be thinking of new ways to get our money out of the market.
Now that the share structure is reset and the ticker lost most of it's value having only a $51k market cap we are the ones that will make the gains with them from there next pump. They will need to pump this up big time before they can dump any shares. She dose not have enough volume or interest in it right now for them to dump enough shares to make it worth them dumping any shares at all. The fees would not be worth it to them right now.
Loading down here will be how the biggest gains will be made no matter there liabilities. The set up here is insane. We just have to wait till the new CEO is ready to start feeding us all the BS..
DIRV's micro share structure allows her to move very very fast with volume. We will benefit from this big time once the company is ready to start scamming again.
The transfer agent is not gagged right now. We can see everything that is going on in the market. If I see something wacky I will let this board know. Transfer agents do not lie about share structures and should be believed.
DIRV is current with the OTC markets and only has a 5 million O/S with a $51k market cap trading around a penny. I have never seen a set up this good before. Her 52wk high is $2.50. This one is going to bounce big time. Hold tight!!
