Form POS-AM Filed: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=13994732&guid=v6RWUeHsBrWwuth - Offering was up to .09 max for 138M shares, they exercised 61M of those shares for .009 to K & J Funds = $540k. We should now see bigger investments coming in at a much higher price from here, which will bring the Share Price up accordingly.
