Sounds like nonsense when there are only 18,938 shares that are left restricted. Where is it showing those shares for liabilities were issued in order for them to be dumped? I do not see them issued anywhere. I do not trade on opinions or forward looking nonsense. If it's not an opinion then poof they were issued please. And even if they were issued which I know they weren't in order for them to dump them they will have to create a lot of volume first. A tun of hype will be needed to dump that many shares and with DIRV only having 5 million shares in there whole outstanding share count she will move up to silver quick once that hype starts.
She only has a $51k market cap right now at .0102. $500k market cap would give her a share price of over a dime. Just think what a few million market cap will do to the share price.
I'm just waiting for them to start creating the hype so they can dump shares just like I'm going to do. While I wait I will be loading what I can down here. When the PR's from DIRV's new CEO start hitting the nation news wire new traders will come and with her tiny 5 million O/S things will happen quick. This is not one to chase. She moves way to fast. Load now or average down now while there is time.
When the hype starts a 1 million market cap could come before they ever dump 1 share. We do not know the future or there plans. A 1 million market cap takes the share price to around 20 cents.
The risk vs reward is super when playing a ticker that's current with the OTC Markets, has a new CEO, has new board members, has only 5 million shares in there whole O/S, has a tiny $51k market cap, has an un-gagged transfer agent, and has a share price still in the penny range. The set up here is insane. Traders hunt for these type of set ups.
