Preventing a hostile takeover is a good reason to gag the TA no? Yes or no will do just fine Riverbuddy...

If you think the "Kool-Aid" is made of following a good business plan, hiring an experienced executive for CFO, and releasing PRs to confirm the continuation of their business plan to assure shareholder, then yes I 'spose I've had a drink or two.
