I agree with this statement. I have been in touch with Mike in a couple emails. The update is coming. He told me:

"Sorry yes we are waiting on some market regulator approvals( I cant say which one) and we will update after that."

I then asked if there is a time frame on this:

"We are still waiting basically I am told any day now."

This last email was from Friday around noon. Hopefully something this week.
