M Line Holdings, Inc. Acquires Control of Square Chain Corporation
I like to know is this going to happen or not. SQCC, approximately one share for every 150 shares of common stock of M Line shareholders. These shares will be free trading after we file our registration statement. This dividend is subject to regulatory approval and the value date will be set at April 17, 2019, due to the anticipated time it will take for that approval. It now almost one year since MLHC posted this but no follow up since does anyone here on what going on
