OMO, could BLPG after a reverse split (20/1) then do an 8K increasing the authorized to 140M and issue Hypur their 70M owed? Wouldn't that give Hypur full control of BLPG? Then Hypur could do a name change..."Hypur Vault"....and run all the contracts from around the country through them. Meaning run all cash and carry buisness from around the country (were they are located) through BLPG aka Hypur vault.
