$MILV custodian court hearing Thursday was cancelled because the final order was issued to discharge/terminate the Custodian, meaning Nevada SOS update can happen any minute now listing the new NDT Pharmaceutical Inc Officers and Directors.

OTC Markets was already updated by the new CEO, with his name listed, James Hovis as expected, and the address and Phone updated and the new website (still under construction/or cloaked) listed at

www.ndtpharma.com

The R/M is done. My guess is they will update Nevada as soon as the ink is dry on the financials and S-1, K's and website, and on the re-assignment of the CCA, LLC JV contract with UPennMed and any patents re-assigned to NDT Pharmaceuticals inc, aka $MILV
