I'm saying that is why I AM holding this. Doesn't make any sense to me that this would be a scam. Now...

An RS is something totally different that I do not want to see for obvious reasons. That is a possibility IMO. If that were to happen does that in and of itself make this a scam? I don't know. Haven't been trading long enough but it is my understanding that legitimate companies do reverse splits at times. Still learning over here and sometimes the 'hard' way.
