This is so illegal! How could he possibility get away? Maybe whoever emailed him pretend to be a potential client rather than a shareholder? I don't know... I'm rooting for the company and I truly believe in their future... But everything else just make it so hard to bare... 1/2 patents pending to expire for life because they didn't pay the fee??? If you make some kind of money, at least pay the fee for your patents! Why is the landlord suing him? It's because his employees drag race in the parking lot or missing payments? And come on, you don't jump 20-30% within 10 minutes on Friday without a single PR.... None of what i'm saying here are made up... links to direct lawsuits and problems are all over this forum!
