That’s not the solution to this problem. The solution to this problem is make this lazy incompetent and inept CEO like other competent performing and responsible towards stockholders CEO. Give him concrete performance goals such as by this date the stock price should be (say) 10$ otherwise you are out without any golden parachute. Make him work to earn and deserve his 390K compensation. Otherwise he is getting 390K for destroying stockholders value with 1:800 RS.
