The issue is not about calling him. Verbally said things are like he-said-she-said. The issue is this lazy incompetent and inept CEO is not willing to put it in writing about some concrete milestones regarding his business. He will not say in email what day he will publish S-1? He will not say in email what’s his plan of utilizing financing? How he is going to put it to work? He will not say in email, when he will start manufacturing? Selling to those countries where he has approval? He will not say in email what has he done so far to persuade SMI or this new vendor to start trials for CFDA approval ASAP? All such and many more questions need to be answered in email not verbally.
